I rather miss when games gave you more options instead of less for playing them.
Even stuff like built in cheatcodes added so much fun and replayability, and yet you never see anything like it anymore.
I think they call that stuff "DLC" now.
DLC cannot even come close to the fun of some of the cheatcodes for Goldeneye in any game I've ever played.
Or setting the shotgun in HL2 to 700 pellets instead of 7.
I'd have done more, but every shot would kill not just everything in front of me in a cone, but the game itself.
