I have worked for school boards and seen countless thousands of names in student and parent databases. This, I regret to inform you, isn't that far out there. (First and last name 12 letters each, that's fun, especially when you're talking to a secretary on the phone and she can't spell phonetically. Then there was the time I was convinced a coworker was using fake data for a test run instead of cloned live data because one test family had kids named "Prince" and "Princess"....)
This sounds like an onomatopoeia of a tire going flat while driving. Like the sound of air escaping quickly followed by the noise of rubber being shredded between the rim of the wheel and the pavement.
Except that this was more of a “peaceful protest” than those riots have ever been.

For a while there, I was creating WoW characters using variations on names / spellings from our corporate user database.
My favorite was someone who had a last name "Justice" and first name that means red. Made a female human paladin out of it.
