I have worked for school boards and seen countless thousands of names in student and parent databases. This, I regret to inform you, isn't that far out there. (First and last name 12 letters each, that's fun, especially when you're talking to a secretary on the phone and she can't spell phonetically. Then there was the time I was convinced a coworker was using fake data for a test run instead of cloned live data because one test family had kids named "Prince" and "Princess"....)

For a while there, I was creating WoW characters using variations on names / spellings from our corporate user database.
My favorite was someone who had a last name "Justice" and first name that means red. Made a female human paladin out of it.
