Can hardly believe people still give money to Beijing so they can play a game that aggressively hates them.
Legion was fine, I enjoyed it a lot. What I get from Blizzard is that they hate their target player base with a passion but are held back by profit, it is not like there are a lot of new young WOW players.
They actively design their games in a way to make their player base displeased but not enough to make em quit. It’s actually amazing how blizzard walks that line.

Personally, I still have like 400$ in blizzard credit from the D3 RMAH that I refuse to cash out of principle (they take like 40%). I cannot imagine in good faith giving them actual dollars.
I'm still salty people killed the RMAH, it was the best part of D3. Shitty vendor trash neck pieces flipped for 50$, then turn around and buy all the blizzard store shit you want.

The game is WOW, they made this very annoying achievements so that you get flying in the new zones. They used to be vehement about them but now they caved and you can fly in older zones. Not that important honestly since you still have to grind the current expansion to get flying.
They made the game so horrendously tedious that many people view actually having to play the game to progress through it to be an unendurable chore.
Yet they still pay for it.
Thanks. I don't play it, but I do like to hear about this kind of thing. Helps me remember which companies/games to not bother with in the future. Sometimes it's even a sign that a company's internal problems might be getting resolved (it'd take something big for me to trust blizzard again, though).
