This is retarded. Some cuck was also going on about 1488 or something because he wants it to be a thing. I think they saw how effective 13/52 is at making people question narratives. 13/52 is a proportion and it makes people look into it. Just making long number strings makes no sense.
I've long suspected Urban Dictionary of just making up random slang for shits and giggles, and this pushes that theory even further because who the fuck would come up with such a mouthful of a phrase.
