I'm still not comfortable that the officer continued sitting on him for 3 minutes after his partner said he couldn't find a pulse. That's the magic number to be sure someone is dead when you asyphxiate them.

Still desperately clinging to that murder/execution by cop narrative, eh?

So what do we have so far:

  1. they called an ambulance before any of the shit went down. Sure does make sense to call an ambulance for somebody you're planning on killing!

  2. officers don't seem to have any problem with people filming them performing their "murder". I mean, I get that people can be cold-blooded but this is beyond credulity. If anything, to me it looks like they're kind of preoccupied by the fact that a guy is dying and they can't do anything about it.

  3. George Floyd himself asks to lay down on the street after what looked to be some violent convulsions in the back of the car.

  4. the officers talking about 'excited delirium', which I was unfamiliar with before this event, but appears to be lethal and matches the sequence of events and the officers' actions perfectly.

  5. the officers wanting an open hearing, but being denied by the judge. Guilty people sure do have an incentive to let everybody see the evidence against them!

  6. gag orders preventing the accused from telling their side of the story, to prevent "prejudicing", as the entire fucking world smears them.

  7. these kinds of holds are (or were) specifically allowed by the police.

I'm sure I've missed more.

It's still possible that they're actually guilty of something, I suppose. But I'd put that at about one in a million, and at worst, they'd be guilty of some sort of procedural error. That said, I'll put the odds at about 50/50 that at least one of them goes down for murder because they won't receive a fair trial.

At this point, I'd probably bet my life on the fact that they're not murderers.

Yup. Just be ready for the riots when they aren't convicted

I'm not clinging to that at all. I'm good with everything that happened until George stopped moving, the partner said he couldn't find a pulse, and the officer didn't get off him for three minutes. I don't support this communist trial that's happening either.

Yeah, but that's... What? Not a fireable offense? I don't even know

I don't know either, but I have a lot of questions that will never be answered. Our society is fundamentally broken.

The trainees that are getting railroaded, and all their friends in the department, should ride tanks like Patton to retake Minneapolis. They can learn all the fun lines like, "See those insurgents burning down that store? I don't want to see them anymore," and, "That car offends me. Remove it."
