I don't know if it's 100% true or still works like this in the US but after two or more misdemeanors a migrant can be fast tracked to deportation. If liberal judges can avoid prosecutions then they can keep the migrants here for longer. I have no clue if it's a similar issue over in the EU.
Think about the perversion of justice this represents. Female judges deliberately not punishing migrant criminals because doing so would trigger deportation laws explicitly created to deport migrant criminals.
It's things like this that sure feel like we're seeing a huge breakdown in law. I'm an advocate of doing to the judges what the migrants do to innocent people.
Judges in Canada explicitly cite that the violent foreigner would get deported if they convicted them as reason not to, despite clear evidence beyond reasonable doubt of crimes, including violent crimes.
