I feel there's also an issue of Tomboy-slop; basically every woman dresses like a (slutty) man, talks like a man (cursing, crude humour), and apes what they think men are (arrogant, rather than assertive, know it all, rather than knowledgable).
But they can't actually hack it as men. They can't take a joke or a compliment, they don't want men to look at the ass cheeks hanging out of their shorts, and they can't be bothered to actually learn anything based.
So any tomboys you see are more than likely poseurs, even while that number is vanishingly small.
