There's security footage of him walking up the stairs with a gun in his pants. There's footage of him on the roof. The shot was filmed from like 9 different angles. I cannot get over how fucking retarded you all are. The reaction to this and the Trump assassination attempts have thoroughly convinced me that Oswald shot Kennedy alone.
Thank god they got that video of Robinson running across the roof and jumping down. Luckily that camera clearly shows the spot from which the shot was taken so we’ll be able to see him shoot.
… oh wait that don’t have that video, they only have the clipped part. Pretty crazy they would lose one of the most important pieces of evidence in the case. The only piece that shows a person shooting from that roof.
If that's not enough evidence, how much more evidence would you need to see?
In the clip you believe is deleted on purpose he would be a few pixels high, and if they present it at trial you could just say "it's only a few pixels high, that doesn't prove it's Tyler!" so I don't see how it can be that important to you.
The evidence the above commenter claims isn’t accurate and he only points to 2 pieces of evidence so yeah that’s definitely not enough to prove anything.
There isn’t video of him with a gun in his pants. There’s video of a guy with a slight limp. Theoretically one could maybe fit just the barrel part in his pant leg if it was taken apart but the stock would be way too big. The stock is also too big to fit in the backpack the person is wearing. Once a gun is taken apart and reassembled the sight needs to be reset. Theoretically he could get lucky without resetting the sight but it would be a big risk.
There’s footage of someone on the roof. Let’s assume it’s Robinson, why not show the rest of it? Its the only piece of evidence that would prove the shot came from where they claim it did so for that reason I think its very important to the prosecution.
At that range? No, he wouldn't get lucky. It's difficult to even hit paper at 50 yards with optics that aren't actually zeroed.
