Like you said in football/soccer terms, one of the weaknesses of black men is an inability to handle pressure, fear and other powerful external forces that affect a person's mind as well as white men. White men also prepare more for future situations as they come from a species that is not entirely fast life history strategy but a mix of fast life history strategy and slow life history strategy. So white men will be training more for penalty shots especially if they suspect there is a possibility in the future that they will fail miserably at them.
