Diversity quotas?
If they were feds they would be all white as a diversity quota would break the narrative they're trying to propagate about "white people being the threat to the west".
Just like how MRA has tons of women, when you allow true diversity of opinion you get a motley crew of people.
Opinions are generally useless and ones on non-trivial societal matters are largely inculcated by cultural consensus or derived directly from moral frameworks. Too much diversity there just means you're no longer culturally homogenous and are therefore weaker.
But diversity of new ideas is always important to growing stronger and wiser. And I say specifically new ideas because you're supposed to weigh them up and test them with rigor. Then eventually you can pick the one that performs best and commit to it over the other current options, instead of hand wringing forever or flip-flopping constantly.
