Don't forget, blacks and browns ignore laws. If abortion were banned, drug dealers would simply begin selling abortion pills.
Arabs solved that problem by castrating their slaves.
Which is arguably a more humane solution than punishing unborn children. Certainly more effective.

Per capita they may have higher numbers, but I'm sure on a sheer numbers game, white people are the highest by a gigantic margin.
