That's straight up false. For Paris specifically:

Most days in a year ≥ 30 °C 39 1947

Most days in a year ≥ 35 °C 11 1911

Its all climate propaganda. Oh noes it's hot out, better install communism.

I'm not saying install communism, I just said its easier to deal with the heat since its less frequent than in North America where the weather is more extreme. You can even see that in the data you cited. During WW2 Europe suffered through crippling winters, far harsher than they experience now. Has nothing to do with global warming.
