“Exec” is a stretch here. Her title is “Executive Director”, which due to title inflation typically means “inconsequential upper middle management dipshit”.

The point of the story still stands, but this is a pet peeve of mine. A place like JPM probably has thousands of executive directors, if not more. This wildebeest is nowhere near the C level.
