Bill Gates and the vaccine crew were working on that. They had to stop because India got mad at them.
I'll happily call Gates one of the most evil people who have ever inhabited the planet, but at least in that case the evil was something that would indirectly benefit a lot of people.
I'm pretty sure his depopulation efforts were aimed at us, if not exclusively then certainly in tandem with other targets.
The other places are testbeds for the experiments, since westerners tend to raise a stink when they get medically mutilated without sufficient propaganda first.
Oh yeah, he'd definitely murder all of us if he could get away with it.
