When women aren't economically dependent upon their men then they stop fucking them.
Is 'fucking' the problem, or fertility? There seems to be no lack of 'fucking' other than smartphone/social media-induced isolation.
And aren't black women in America most economically dependent on the government, with their men being most likely to be deadbeats? And yet.
If you want women to create children in sufficient numbers to sustain a society then they need to be directly dependent upon the men of their society.
This is a rather negative way of putting "one man should be able to support a family so that the wife doesn't have to work and can take care of the family". Oh, and that children aren't as much of a financial burden as they are today.
If she can support her own hedonistic lifestyle without the support of a man then she'll just do that instead of raising a family. Women require boundaries enforced upon them by society at large or else you get the current shit show. This is how every civilization on earth has worked for all of recorded history.
I think you may underestimate the extent to which women want kids. I won't disagree that the hedonistic lifestyle is far too attractive for both men and women though.
They may want kids but they don't want families, or at least they don't want them more than wanton hedonism until they overshoot their fertility window and become suicidal with regret. The fix is to just take away their rights and guide them towards a life that will leave them happy and fulfilled.
That can be framed in a much more positive way than "taking away their rights", namely by promoting (or enforcing) gender norms that maximize the flourishing and well-being of both the sexes.
