The guy said that Jews will try to ruin your life. And then they did. It's the equivalent of Muslims threatening you when you say that Muslims are violent. "CALL ME VIOLENT, I KILL YOU!"
Also, his argument doesn't make much sense. He says that he doesn't mind people thinking this, only people expressing it. So you mind honesty? Wouldn't you want people to express such views so that they can be challenged? You could have acted cool and understanding, and the guy probably would have gone away thinking "hey, maybe I was too quick to make sweeping judgments based on some bad experiences".
I did see that this guy was criticized by a Palantir goon for not doxxing the guy. Maybe he tried to do it with more plausible deniability, I don't know.
This is a good distillation of so many malevolents of the current era. All the media outlets and institutions currently objecting to circulating videos of that guy in the middle of beheading a guy over in Ireland, they have a problem with the truth being plainly put into words. There are few things more unambiguously villainous.

"Blood libel" for example. ANY criticism of Jews is immediately called Blood Libel™. Not because whatever criticism was factually libel. But the immediate labeling of any criticism as such convinces them, and a decent number of idiots that whatever was aid was false. But then you hear them use it in a sentence
