porn is already banned for kids, there's just zero enforcement and zero education to parents on how to block porn for their kids, which can be set up in 10 mins.
There's no "setup", you just stay with your kids when they go online, teach them about Good and evil, and trust them when they're ready.
But, yeah. That's exactly my point. We have a porn ban and it does nothing. So why bother?
