We might finally be seeing an end to disparate impact in US law (twitter.com)

I don't understand the implications of this.

I am going to take a stab at this.

It is a win for meritocracy. Title 7 on paper has to do with ending race based employment decisions.

Marxist got their toe in the door and added the novel law approach of "disparate-impact". They could charge you with unconscious discrimination given your employee White to non-white employment ratio. They also used this twisted logic to go after Wells-Fargo for recognizing that blacks had terrible credit scores.

Translation: It was an Anti-White tool used against multiple generations of Whites to force them to be passed over for employment. Now that Whites have the potential to be a minority the law is not needed anymore. Imported Indian hiring managers would love to end title 7 and be free to hire their own. Now we get to celebrate it being repealed.

/Are we tired of winning yet!

This is probably the correct take. If the left is losing on some issue, probably a different group of non-whites are winning, be they Indian, Israeli, what have you.

Exactly. I said this over a decade ago. All the laws used to oppress White people will be countermanded once non-Whites are in a position to further oppress Whites by the repeal of the laws originally used to oppress Whites. The objective has always been and will always be to oppress White people so that Whites are eventually completely wiped out from Earth except in underground rape dungeons kept by jews who will farm young Aryan boys and girls for their sexual pleasures.

Somehow I suspected this would open the door to jeets abusing the system even more. Though that's basically all they do anyways.

I wonder how this will impact our second, and somehow more important constitution called the civil rights act? If they can get rid of hiring based on race, it seems like they could get rid of forcing diversity into a neighborhood as well, since your first amendment should protect your right to freely associate, rent/sell to, and live around any person/group you choose.

Unfortunately, freedom of association is not allowed in America.

This change does not open the door to explicit race based hiring practices. It is simply the repeal of a Marxist argument used against competent hiring boards who inadvertently hired a mysterious and ever changing percentage of Whites.

You remember NASA under the Nazi’s? SpaceX over the last 15 years? Bell labs, Fairchild Semiconductor and Shockley labs, Google from inception to about 2014?

That’s what happens when you remove HR and unmeritocratic employees.

you don't have to hire mudbloods with low test scores anymore.
