How are you this stubbornly wrong-headed? Centralized/decentralized does not dictate the source from which you draw tax revenue. You need shit for local tax expenditures? Cool, take your taxes from local sources by means that aren't fucking property taxes. You're like some sort of autist who's convinced that property taxes are the only way to accrue tax revenue.
Decentralized property taxes are, bar none, the most economically stable tax and repeatedly show the best net benefits. Just because you’re a retard who has an emotional tantrum over this, it will never change this hard fact. Jacking up sales taxes stagnates the economy, VAT taxes stagnate the economy, income taxes stagnates the economy. Property taxes have no egregious consequences unless they push the laffer curve.
Again, you’re an economically illiterate retard that wants their fee fees appeased so you can pretend you “own” your property that the government can kick you out of at their whim.
Why do you care so goddamn much about the source of the money if it's the same amount of money being withdrawn from everyone's pocket?

Same amount of money from the same people to the same place. What is the functional improvement that comes from declaring "You owe me X dollars for having property Y, peasant" instead of "You owe me X dollars for reason Z, peasant"?
There is none. That's the point. You're so fixated on the justification for taxation simply must be the sin of owning property that you can't articulate what functional advantage it offers over extracting the exact same resources via a different avenue.
