It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Being deliberately offensive isn't justification for assault & battery, but judges and prosecutors will likely try to crucify Chud if for no other reason to prevent a riot, which is an indictment of society in general.
It is however a factor for removing self defense claims in majority of states. You can't provoke attacks with fighting words and claim self defense or every sociopathic retard would do so.
You should be able to though. Too many retards that can't handle words need to face reality.
I agree. It is a very unpopular opinion especially among blacks but words are not violence.
