Nothing about the stats you're citing prevents a woman from fucking 1000 black men in her 20s for fun and then settling down with a good White work horse for marriage.
I sometimes think its a meme pushed too hard but then I look at the entire college sports industry where everyone knows these blacks can't even read at an 8th grade level. Entertaining boomers is definitely not why its happening, its to promote racemixing and casual sex on campus.
We live in a society that for the last 30 years has convinced us that we only need to take care of our own needs and not worry about anyone else.
