It was a civil rights violation. He was found not guilty of the crime, and they locked him up anyway. So much for having a justice system.
You didn't see any part of my post where I excused murder, because I'd never do that. The jury found that he was in fact not a murderer.
I can only imagine how you'd feel if you were cleared of murder charges by a jury of your peers and the government threw you in a cage anyway. But, of course, you don't want a justice system. You just want a system of letting one category of people do whatever the fuck they want and locking the other categories of people in cages.
It was the barest fragment of justice. Because in a just nation he'd be dangling from a gallows, preferably one erected in a black neighborhood as an example to the rest of them.
And if that subhuman isn't a murderer then I guess his victim is alive and well, right?
But hey, thanks for proving my point for me. The only time you post here is to try and launder anti white bullshit.
If Kyle Rittenhouse had been thrown in prison after being found not guilty, I'd have objected to that, too. I hate abusive judges that won't respect process. We have the right to a jury trial for a reason; take that away, and all you're left with is the government deciding who it is and isn't expedient to force into slave labor.
The jury listened to days of argument and decided Devon Dunham wasn't guilty of murder. You don't know the first thing about the case; you've read four sentences about it and decided that "black" is synonymous with "should be hanged by the neck until dead."
An unjust law is no law at all. Allowing carjackers to claim self defense from their victims is an obvious breach of the common good. The facts of the case are not even in dispute. The man should be swiftly hanged, and the jury flogged for good measure. That's what our ancestor would do, that's what kind of law built this country.
I can only guess that you didn't bother reading my post.
I read all of it, especially the part where you bemoan that he got put in jail anyway and tried to frame it as a civil rights violation.

The jury system works only if the jurors are fair, impartial and seeking justice.
It doesn't work when tribal politics get involved.
How can you be so retarded? In objective cases like this the jury shouldn't even be able to decide shit. The whole system doesn't make sense then.
