Well, biologists as a rule tend to be very bad at math, and in particular statistics. That is the only reason they all still believe in evolution, even though genetic science has rendered the entire theory invalid due to the length of time it takes for one genetic mutation to fixate in the genome.
A lot of people placed great faith in Christopher Hitchens before he died, and the same for Dawkins, and I place no amount of faith in either of them.
And also, you know, the fact that children in middle school can do wet lab experiments with fruit flies to artificially select for specific traits and see mutations become fixed in a population in real time.
Apart from that little factoid, the really is no evidence for natural selection.
