Who calls Indians "Asian"? I mean, it's technically true but the idea that Indians are as interchangeable with Chinamen as, say, Rwandans are with Nigerians or Spaniards are with Dutchmen, is hilarious.
It's how British people refer to them. Between that, the bizarre fish head reference (any white person would say "fish face" or "fish faced"), and the fact that no woman has ever called them "cannons" it's really obvious this is just Indian fanfiction.
