I looked up her weird surname, it’s Albanian, some other she is one or she’s married to one. I’d probably rate them a bit higher to go for Indians. I also know an Albanian man, great guy, acts like you expect from a Slav, but he wouldn’t pass for a white guy almost anywhere. He looks like an Arab Mexican.
Albanians tend to fall into the “mutt” genetic category where it’s like 2/3s Indo-European dna and 1/3 Slavic/steppes and you’ll get everything from very light olive skinned blondes and brunettes to heavy Arabic features. It’s like how you can tell mestizos with heavy European admixture apart from the standard.
Albania was conquered by Muslims(specifically by the Ottoman Empire) and their population made the decision to convert to Islam so yeah, they are mixed race. So a mixture of white, turk and arab. Some more white than others, some more turk than others, some more arab than others etc. That is why Serbians don't see them as fellow Slavs. It's why the Balkans are so "balkanized." Because of all the genetic diversity. Because diversity is not really a strength. It causes division. You can even see that the woman above is not 100% white. Her facial features are not very white. Unfortunately for the people in the West, almost everywhere in the West is balkanized now.

Serbians don’t see them as fellow Slavs because Albanians are heavily descended from Anatolian farmers much like the Greeks and southern Europeans. The Slavs are heavily Steppe descended. The woman above is 100% South European, her facial features are entirely in line with the balkans and wildly different than Arabic facial features.
Yeah she totally looks Balkan to me. I think what I was rambling towards initially was balkans far, far more commonly, share a lot more physical characteristics with Indians than pretty much anyone from the northern half of Europe. Such that she might actually be more attracted to the characteristics of Indians, especially one of the lighter more half breed looking Indians that plenty of exist and very well could be hard to physically tell from many Albanians
And she’s a woman so they have way more tendency to have fantasy about dirty men anyway.
