I think this is the issue. "cheesy b-movies".
What about "fun"? Fun movies. Not everything needs to be fart-sniffing oscar-bait "A-movies". The reason vidya movies are bad, is they are "fun" games... That said fart-sniffing oscarbaiters then try to morph into some "a-movie".
