If it's true - then I don't blame those people for wanting to leave. Literally anywhere else on earth would be better than this. I'd rather live in Venezuela in a worn down apartment with 1 piece of corn a day and a broken down fan than there.

Because if they weren't so nasty and disgusting, they'd be able to build AC and just live semi-normally like the rest of the world. india isn't hell because of the weather, india is hell because of indians.
They litter, destroy everything, shit everywhere, and multiply (or rather, fester) at rates that makes bacteria jealous.
Do you have any idea of how much electricity this would require? For 1.5+ billion people? Id wager 80% of India doesnt even have electricity. And we're talking probably about TERAWATTS here. How are they supposed to get so much power? Nuclear is the only way I can think of. Do you REALLY think those people can run a nuclear reactor??
They have nukes, their greatest enemy also has nukes and yet the IQs haven't had them use said nukes against each other since they got them, but I also understand that building nukes and building reactors are actually two completely different things
Neither side has enough to make a dent in their populations, eh? Unless the radiation triggers Zombie Hordes (unlikely!) They'll still both be massively overpopulated. Just with some cities moved to less radioactive locations.
