They have nukes, their greatest enemy also has nukes and yet the IQs haven't had them use said nukes against each other since they got them, but I also understand that building nukes and building reactors are actually two completely different things
They have nukes thanks to the british wanting nukes in that region.
The irony is - Indians CAN be fucking smart. The smartest mathematician of all times is Indian. But it's a cesspool and, well, talent is slow/hard to emerge. Lookat how Ramanujan died.
Neither side has enough to make a dent in their populations, eh? Unless the radiation triggers Zombie Hordes (unlikely!) They'll still both be massively overpopulated. Just with some cities moved to less radioactive locations.
