So we'll never know if there are violations, unless a whistle blower comes forward, and commits suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head twice, breaking both his own legs, and dumping himself in a river.

Any interaction between non-citizens and citizens is also subject to surveillance. That's been the historical end run around citizen protections.
