It doesn't matter what protections are put into place, they are ignored, and the courts are secret and documents sealed. So we'll never know if there are violations, unless a whistle blower comes forward, and commits suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head twice, breaking both his own legs, and dumping himself in a river.
