I agree he should not be deported. Beheaded is more appropriate.
I suspect that woman is eligible for deportation though. Definitely not English as first language.
Why not both? Behead him and ship his head back to his home country as a warning to the rest.
Now now, beheading is the custom of his people. He should be subjected to our custom, so off to the gallows with him.
