The Police Chief should hold a press conference and ask that exactly. Just that. "Are you losers going to protest for this loser also?"
You have to constantly mock Liberals and remind them of their stupidity. It's not a "cure" to their stupidity, but it's the only way I've found to get them to shut up and keep quiet. Their confidence is built on social confirmation. If you constantly reminded them of everything they get wrong, and of how stupid they are, they keep their stupidity to themselves.

The lawyer and judge should be forced to explain themselves to the families of those subway riders. I want them to squirm while grieving mothers shout in their faces; they probably won't because they have no shame and feel no accountability, but one can hope.
