Make fake posting with phony company that exists just to secure an H1-B visa. Either ridiculous credentials which cannot be met legitimately or wage so low that a citizen playing by the rules cannot survive on it.
Can't find domestic candidate qualified.
Get H1-B visa aplication accepted because of this.
Invader gets visa.
Invader gets here but job no longer exists because it was never real in the first place, and in fact the business was phony in the first place just to get the H1-B invader in the USA.
Since H1-B visa invader is already here they get jumped to the front of the line.
Corrupt business uses corrupt "fixer" staffing company to get cheap H1-B visa holder employment which is legitimate on paper since they are already here and don't need to go through the H1-B process to hire them so they can hire invader below market rate.
H1-B invader is now a legal resident and can apply to import his entire "family", many of whom aren't even actually related to them.
And then it spirals because they can all get work permits which allow them legal resident status and then can legitimately apply to chain migrate all of their "family", legitimate or not.
The worst part is that the H1B invader positions don't even have to post domestic postings to prove a local job shortage. They can simply be imported de novo without any means test.
It's my understanding that it's when these H1B types try to convert their temporary status to green cards is when the requirement for unanswered & obscure job listings comes into play.

Capitalization has been polarized for a few years now. Turbo libs will capitalize "black" and white identitarians will capitalize "white."

I counter this daily by not capitalizing jew and israel. After all a common noun is a person, place, or thing that isn't capitalized.
