The worst part is that the H1B invader positions don't even have to post domestic postings to prove a local job shortage. They can simply be imported de novo without any means test.
It's my understanding that it's when these H1B types try to convert their temporary status to green cards is when the requirement for unanswered & obscure job listings comes into play.
