Yup.

But it turns out that that didn't actually happen. Viking Samurai did an interview with a couple of the stunt coordinators who were working on set of Marked for Death when Lebell and Seagal had the encounter:

So while they did have an encounter, Lebell didn't actually choke out Steven or make him poop his pants, as it was alleged on the Joe Rogan show.
