Most whites avoid blacks in these places. There have been massive migrations just to avoid the usual suspects, like daytona used to be nice, just like south beach, but people avoid those places now.
Just looking at this videos, it feels like a nightmare even without any bad behavior. Way too crowded.
When I lived in Florida I enjoyed the beaches because I followed some basic rules: Never go during Spring Break, discover beaches between big cities that hardly anyone cares about, and beaches within state parks cost admission but are generally better maintained and less crowded.
The AAA guide book told me that same thing when I visited.
