Yeah, but they're also insane and reckless enough that they might actually impeach and convict some of these criminals this time.
When Obama was elected, they weren't nearly as unhinged as they are now.
That said, I still give it only 10% odds that any of them sees anything more than stern questioning at a public hearing.
10%? Sounds very high. I'd say maybe they'll impeach Trump again (not for the war, but for something he did right), knowing that he will never get convicted anyway.
And with Trump "becoming president" by starting a war, Republican support is a lock. Cocaine Mitch is having the time of his life.
