Yes they are. And for quite a few more reasons than just the British what's more.

So Europeans (i.e. all White people) are the enemy of America. Muslims are the enemy of America. Jews are the enemy of America. Brown people are the enemy of America. Asians are the enemy of America. Pretty much everyone is the enemy of America.

Europe is the ancestral home of Europeans. So if you declare Europe as an enemy you declare Europeans as an enemy as Europe is not a political entity.
In case you were talking about the European Union, which isn't Europe, I'll have to point out to you that the EU is a vassal of the US. There are few very few European countries that aren't US vassals.
