Wow, who would expect that to happen? I thought everything in Iran was done for, US could end it in a hour if it wanted (meaning nukes) and they are still standing.
Also, who would expect them launching 90 missiles over Tel-aviv while Hezbollah would do the same?
well he could make the entire coastline uninhabitible if he really wanted but that wouldnt be very good for shipping either

As long as the government stands? They can carry out attacks. A few suicide speedboats with explosives on them did this, maybe they were remote controlled though.
As for the missile attacks? Iran is faced with a "use them or lose them" situation. I doubt they have many left after firing them off & having them bombed. Hezbollah still has some, but the IDF has greatly degraded their situation. Lebanon might actually move to take them out? Hard to say, but that would be a great victory for the people of Lebanon.

Considering that the US/Israel have attacked Iranian oil tankers US tankers have become legitimate targets. Even those who don't try to run the blockade.

Not sunk at all. Damaged yes, killed a crew member (Indian national) as well as 2 other ships damaged at the same time. Japanese & Greek afaik.
A high probability they'll put the fire out & tow it away. Worst case is they'll try to pump all the oil off it before scuttling it. If scuttled? That would count as being sunk by Iran.
