No. A solved game means something very specific in Mathematics and AI.
Chess is demonstrabley not solved.
It is however solved from all positions containing 7 or fewer pieces.
Seven pieces each player, or seven total?
Either way yeah we're not even close. Some quick googling shows that even storing all that data would require stupid amounts of storage. Like several quintillion times the amount of all the storage on earth stupid.
I believe it's seven total. The two kings and up to five others.
