Speed chess is brutal. You can only go so far with pre-planned, memorized scripts (perfectly legal) and then the shit hits the fan and it's all talent.
That's why computers can win: they play the end-game where the number of outcomes is greatly reduced. They can run random moves 6, 7-8 ahead to see which give better results. Millions of them, some will be better, most will be terrible.
Either way yeah we're not even close. Some quick googling shows that even storing all that data would require stupid amounts of storage. Like several quintillion times the amount of all the storage on earth stupid.

No. A solved game means something very specific in Mathematics and AI.
Chess is demonstrabley not solved.
It is however solved from all positions containing 7 or fewer pieces.
