For those of us threading the needle, we have to call attention to things to mock them without saying "he, she, male, female" etc. Otherwise it ends up in the bin (if you make too many negative comments about feminism, etc., it also ends up in the bin).
It's why I'll oftentimes say, "Oi, pull your choker up... your Adam's apple's showing".

Clearly untrue, but no one can openly deny it.
Can't decide on the best version, though. "She's cute" might be less obvious, because cuteness is more subjective. Is that almost better?
What about an exclamation point? Does that help sell it as sincere, or does it become more obviously disingenuous?
"What brand/shade of lipstick is that?" Calls attention to the tranny absurdity while maintaining a lot of plausible deniability.
