There is no reason to systematically hobble the small number of women who can, of their own volition and by their own guile and artifice, educate themselves and contribute to society. The breeders will spread their legs and pump out babies for you to obsess over regardless; there's no need to break the legs of the thinkers and doers. You dump entire percentage points of useful higher workers to pad the general pool by a few thousandths of s percent. That sort of waste is so obscene to behold it should be criminalized.
No, them entering the workforce reduces the productivity of the nearby men and there are so few of them as to not be worth considering. They can better contribute to society by birthing more men to cover the loss in productivity.
