Welfare can work, it can’t work when you’re importing millions each year and over half end up on welfare while the other half are mass hired to cut wages and kill American communities.
Scandinavian countries, some of which are still supermajority white, all have had amazing welfare for a long time. Even other European countries have pretty great social nets. I'm told that the only homeless bums in Germany essentially want to live on the street.
Then again, that's kind of the same thing here. The only bums I see are professional panhandlers. I've seen social services set people up with stipends and houses, and yeah, I'm talking about white people.
To the extent that social safety nets are "bad," it's probably that they suppress people's desire to take care of themselves and obviate the need for male support. One could argue our social services are too generous overall.
