Afaik Bannon just went to interview him and buttered him up in the process, then sat on the interview because it wasn't politically useful to release. Is there anything else?
That's pretty much my understanding as well. I'll give him 70% benefit of the doubt because he's been such a vocal proponent of actual American citizens and has actually suffered consequences for it, but there's still that 30% niggling doubt that we're just being played. Again.
