All I would say though is that it’s rather understandable that after 80 years of ceaseless propaganda “brown shirt” has become synonymous with “thug”. I don’t know if BD was saying “they’re the real nazis!” or just saying something more along the lines of “look! They don’t even abide by the “morality” they attempt to foist on us!”
Maybe “that was your point”, to point out this brainwashing. Fair enough again. I just think the way you initially phrased it, as if he was secretly a commie sympathizer (“giving yourself away”), is uncalled for.
I wasn't specifically invoking "nazism", more alluding to antifa and other state-sanctioned militias given latitude to enact violence against enemies of the regime.
"Blackshirts" is probably more technically correct than "brownshirts" from a Current Year perspective considering antifa & black bloc cosplay. But the problem is that myself & everyone else has never heard of "blackshirts" used as a euphemism.
yeah. i admit i'm reacting quite angry. was just browsing the news along with this forum. should only post after watching cat-compilations.
