I'm not sure I'd go as far to say they hate white people. It's more of whites, blacks, orientals, whatever do not matter to them at all. Nepotism is core to Indian culture.
Not mutually exclusive. The corporation could both hate White people, especially their customers, and hire/promote based on Indian nepotism.
Their choices in game development certainly weren't made to appeal to the Indian market.
I have studied some of them. They hate white people because of some self-inflicted resentment over being rejected after creeping on women, something about "british colonialism" and that all-encompassing 'superiority complex' they have due to their caste system.
They're too stupid and ignorant to comprehend the difference between races and nations. Even a Filipino might register to them as "White".
Pajeets hate whites due to their inferiority complex and legacy of colonialism. They also hate Islam.
Those 2 put together make them a powerful pet...
