If you ever get put on treatment for low blood pressure and they tell you to cut out salt, get tested periodically for low blood sodium.
Sodium is to nerves as copper is to wires. Your brain is made of nerves. It getting too low is bad mojo. Temporary dementia if you are lucky.
If the test comes back low, ignore the orders to not eat salt.
