Damn. I know 95 is a great run but I’m still bummed out as fuck. Feels like I lost another grandpa or something.
Sounds like 95 and died well. Honestly, I think I'd trade as many as ten years to guarantee I'm not demented or otherwise suffering at the end. No one wants to die like Gene Hackman.
If you ever get put on treatment for low blood pressure and they tell you to cut out salt, get tested periodically for low blood sodium.
Sodium is to nerves as copper is to wires. Your brain is made of nerves. It getting too low is bad mojo. Temporary dementia if you are lucky.
If the test comes back low, ignore the orders to not eat salt.
