It does feel that this will be the year Indian 'tech support' is broken and revealed to be this shit show it actually is. I think they're linked to Windows 11's horrible rollout.
Who would have thought that paying millions upon millions of dollars to people who aren't gamers, many of whom can't do anything without help, and are not guardrailed by a competent QA team, could have resulted in a game so bad that not even a probably-competent studio could get it out the door without a full rewrite?
